Houston Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club

I'm Jimmy "Gopher" Garrett, President of the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Texas. I retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving twenty-two years in a wide variety of Command and Staff assignments, including tours with Armor and Cavalry units. I am currently employed as a Senior Army Instructor with Houston Independent School District. I have been married to the same lovely lady more than thirty-two years and we have two beautiful daughters. One of my greatest joys is spending quality time with our three grandchildren. My philosoply on life is to always be the best person I can be mentally, physically, and spiritually. My current "Iron Horse" is a 2001 Goldwing 1800A
